CONCEPT OF THE WORLD TECHNOLOGICAL FRONTIER: METHODOLOGY, PROBLEMS AND INTERPRETATIONS

The article is devoted to the implementation of nonparameterized method data envelopment analysis (DEA) world’s economy as an array countries with different levels technological activity. main purposes this research are follows: systematical presentation methodological foundations international technology frontier concept, controversial problems possible future development tendencies. Both itself and presented materials based on geometrical approach – plane geometry elements projective geometry. This has allowed us obtain important theoretical results.
